Guidelines for Proposal Submitters
Proposals requiring Undergraduate Catalog changes (click here for submission deadlines) require the following documents to be prepared and forwarded to the IISP Director: |

Experimental courses do not normally satisfy general education requirements. Any instructor wishing to propose a course for general education recognition should follow the "new INTD course" approval route above. |

Note: First Year Experience, Honors Program, and Linkage through Language Program instructors are not required to make a new INTD experimental course proposal every semester/year. Within the existing catalog framework of INTD courses approved by Senate and offered by the First Year Experience Program (INTD 180, 182), the Honors Program (INTD 198), and Linkage through Language (INTD 222), topics and instructors will vary from year to year, and from instructor to instructor. The First Year Experience, Honors, and Linkage through Language Programs have procedures in place to ensure that their INTD course offerings under these catalog designations are consistent with prior approvals. |
